  • Yes, we strongly recommend RSVPing, especially for ticketed events and experiences, as space is limited. Walk-ins are welcome when available, but we cannot guarantee a spot without a reservation.

  • You can RSVP or reserve your spot by booking directly through our website at www.shopLMNRY.com or www.pouryourheartoutnewport.com. For private events or custom inquiries, feel free to contact us directly.

  • Yes! Unless otherwise stated, our candle-making experiences and events are open to the public. However, space is limited, and some dates may be closed for private bookings, so we recommend checking the calendar in advance.

  • Expect an immersive, hands-on candle-making experience led by a friendly instructor. You choose your fragrance, pour your candle, and learn about candle care in a fun, relaxed environment. Each session includes time to explore our curated selection of hand-crafted gifts and local souvenirs.

  • Our candles are made with a premium coconut soy wax blend, Prop 65-compliant, clean-burning fragrance oils, and natural cedar wooden wicks for a slow, luxurious burn. All fragrances are pre-measured and tested for quality and performance.

    During our candle-making experiences, you’ll have the option to choose your fragrance. If you prefer a lighter scent, we recommend using less fragrance oil, as our blends have a naturally high scent throw.

  • Our candles are handcrafted in Newport, Rhode Island, and our supplies are sourced primarily from U.S.-based vendors. While we work hard to support domestic businesses, some vendor supply chains may include international components beyond our control.

  • Our candles last approximately 12 to 18 months. To preserve their fragrance and appearance, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and always keep the lid on when not in use.

  • All LMNRY products and experiences are made to order and non-refundable.

    For product purchases: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 business days with a photo. We’ll offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

    For candle-making experiences: You can choose and adjust your fragrance on-site. Once your candle is poured, no changes, exchanges, or refunds can be made.

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a candle-making experience.

    Refunds are not guaranteed and are at the owner’s discretion. Ticketed events are non-refundable, as we must cover venue and materials costs.

  • Experiences typically last between 1 to 2 hours, depending on class size. Candles need at least 45 minutes to cool, and you may take them home the same day, arrange for pickup, or have them shipped (shipping fee applies).

  • Yes! After your experience, you can:

    - Take your candle home (if cooled),

    - Hold it for pickup, or

    - Have it shipped for an added fee.

    Please note: we are not responsible for postal delays, melted products, or damages incurred during shipping.

  • Absolutely! Just let us know in advance during booking. We do not provide food or beverages unless we are hosting the event ourselves.

  • Yes, with a few guidelines:

    - A 1-month notice is required for off-site or pop-up events.

    - All tickets must be sold through our website only to ensure proper coordination.

    - A $55 travel fee applies to all booked off-site experiences.

    - We do not participate in low-traffic craft fairs. Please contact us with event details before booking.

  • Yes! We host private parties, bachelorettes, birthdays, and corporate events. Reach out in advance to customize your experience and secure your date.

  • Yes! Each LMNRY product includes a care card with safety guidelines. Always burn candles within sight, trim your wick to 1/4 inch, and never leave unattended or near flammable objects

  • Absolutely! We offer gift wrapping and handwritten note options. Contact us to facilitate.

  • Yes! We love collaborating. We offer custom scent blending, labels, and packaging. Reach out with your vision and we’ll create something truly memorable!

  • Yes, our shop is ADA-compliant. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate.

  • Parking follows City of Newport regulations. Street parking and nearby public lots are available. You may park in Wellington Resort parking lot, but you must speak with lot attendant and let them know you are visiting our shop.
